What if my Account is Locked out?
If your account is locked out, your company's administrator(s) can help you get logged back in. Feel free to share this article with your company's admin to help them down the right path!
As an admin,
- Log in to the application
- Under the My Company menu option, select "Manage Users"
- Search the locked out user's email address or name
- Click on their account and click "Edit"
- Click the "Enable" bubble and then click "Save"
From there, you should be able to reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password" on the login screen and log in with your new login information.
