VIP Software-Guidewire ClaimCenter (GWCC) Accelerator

Overview

The VIP ClaimCenter Accelerator integrates Guidewire ClaimCenter (v10.2) with VIP Software to streamline claim estimation and expense payment processes. It enables carriers to manage service requests, estimates, invoices, and payments efficiently by leveraging APIs between GWCC and VIP.

Key Features

• Claim Creation: When a service request (Inspection/Appraisal) is created in GWCC, claim details are sent to VIP via the SendFNOL API.
• Estimate Updates: GWCC updates VIP with estimate details using SendCompletedEstimate or SendEstimateRevision APIs.
• Invoice Management: VIP generates invoices for estimates. Pending invoices trigger activity creation in GWCC via CreateActivity API.
• Expense Reserve: For invoices marked “Ready for Payment,” VIP calls GWCC to create expense reserves using CreateReserve API.
• Payment Sync: Once payment is issued in GWCC, details (check number, date, amount) are pushed to VIP via SendPaymentDetails API.
• Claim Status Updates: GWCC updates VIP when claims are closed or reopened using UpdateClaimStatus API.
