User Profile Builder

What this does:

User Profile Builder allows you to bundle things like Company Associations, Compensation Fees, and Item Compensation Fees. This will allow you to streamline these bundles to easily apply the configuration to new users you onboard. Once complete, the new sets can be applied to existing users as well. A good example is when you want a particular group of users to be able to have access to certain carriers, but not others. This will ultimately give you further control into managing your users.

Requirements

To use this feature you will need to be logged in as a Vendor Admin in Invision.

How To

1. Under Settings, select "User Profile Builder".

2. Fill out the box "User Profile Name" this will be the way you identify the list of permissions you will select.

3. Then Company Associations, Compensation Fees, and Item Compensation Fees will populate below for you to associate to the User Profile you are building.

Company Associations: This is where you will check off the carriers that your User Profile will be associated to and the User Type as well as the Review Type the one difference to note is Express is the same as Direct.

Compensation Fees: This is where you will select the pre-configured compensations that goes along with your User Profile.

Item Compensation Fees: This is where you will select the pre-configured Item compensations that goes along with your User Profile.

4. Click save after each section once you have made your selections.

5. After you have reviewed and finalized all the selections you have made so far it is time to apply these configurations to your users in the manage users section.

*Should you get to this step and realize these configurations are not what you want you are able to select "Delete" at the top once you have selected the User Profile you want to delete. This will remove the named set of configurations from the list.*

9. Once you have navigated to the manage user section find the user you would like to apply a set to. Select their username and click "Edit"
