How To Associate Master Company Users (Carrier) to your vendor network

Requirements 

• Provisioning/Deprovisioning Master Company User (MCU) accounts to specific Vendors requires the MCA role

How To Provision/Deprovision Accounts

Provisioning & Deprovisioning MCU accounts allows you as an Admin to grant/limit MCU access to specific vendors and their invoices.

1. From the left-hand menu - under Settings, select Manage Fields
   1. 
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Manage Vendor Associations section
3. Click the checkbox next to each applicable MCU 
4. Select one or multiple Vendor associations by clicking the checkbox next to each applicable company
5. Click Associate to associate the selected MCU accounts to the selected companies

6. The image above shows jsmith@vipsoftware.com getting provisioned to Niks Claim Services and VIP Catastrophe Services.

How To Edit Account Provisioning

1. From the left-hand menu - under Settings, select Manage Fields
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the Manage Vendor Associations section
3. Click the Pencil icon next on the desired user's row. Once clicked, you will see the user's existing associations.

4. Make any necessary adjustments to the MCU's associations and then click Associate
