Creating a single manual claim and invoice
Follow the steps below on how to submit a single invoice using a manual claim:
- Click the Create New Invoice button on the Dashboard
- Select the carrier you are going to be invoicing
- Click the Manual Claim button
- Enter Claim Number
- Enter Policy Number
- Enter Insured First & Last Name
- Selecting the address from the list will automatically populate the Insured State, Insured City, and Insured Zip Code fieldsIn the Insured Address field, enter the street address of the insured and click on the correct address from the list provided
- If the address you are looking for is not provided in the dropdown options, click the Enter Address Manually option to type in the complete address manually.

- Enter the Loss Date
- Enter the Loss Type (peril)
- Enter the Estimate Amount
- Required SLA Dates will be shown under the SLA Date section
- use the calendar picker to select the appropriate dates
- Click Save
- Next you will be brought to the add invoice page where you will be able to create your invoice.
