Batch Invoice Upload with MSA Location Restriction
This guide is essential for anyone looking to efficiently manage bulk invoice uploads with MSA location restrictions. It provides a step-by-step process to ensure accuracy and compliance, helping you avoid common pitfalls, especially regarding the critical origin address field. By following these instructions, users can streamline their invoicing process, reduce errors, and save time, making it a valuable resource for enhancing operational efficiency.

Click "Batch Management"

Click "Upload Batch Invoice"

Select the carrier

Click "Download Template"

Fill out the template to create your invoices making sure the correct information lives under each of their respective columns

Enter origin address in the "Origin Address" column.
- Once completed, save the template where you can locate it easily.
- Go back to "Upload Batch Invoice" page
- Select the date range you are billing for.
- Click "Choose File" and select the file you completed and saved.
- Click "Upload Batch"
- The system runs a preliminary validation to let you know if any errors are found.

Click "Edit" to edit invoices with errors.
- Click "Origin Address" to edit or add the origin address.

Alert! Once you validate and the batch begins to process you will not be able to edit origin addresses. At the point invoices will need to be removed from the batch and reuploaded.

Make changes to address, mileage or other fields. Click "Save" when finished.

After addressing the errors, click "Validate"

Click "Submit"

Check the status of the batch on the Manage Batch Invoices page.
- If the batch doesn't process and has invalid invoices, click the "Edit" button. Click "Edit" on the invoice line to edit invoices with Exceptions. Origin addresses cannot be edited at this point and will need to be removed and reuploaded.
- To remove an invoice from the batch, select the check box next to the edit button and click "Delete"

The batch should say "Submitted" with the correct number of normal and supplemental invoices when you are finished.
