Assigning Users to Invoices
This guide provides a step-by-step approach to effectively use the Assign User functionality, enabling users to reassign invoices for supplement billing. It outlines the necessary settings and permissions, ensuring that both vendor users and admins can easily manage invoice assignments. By following this guide, users can streamline their billing processes and enhance their workflow efficiency, making it a valuable resource for anyone involved in invoice management.
Set Up Functionality

Open Settings from the Main Menu, located on the left side of your screen

Select Permission Set Builder

Select a Permission Set from the dropdown
- On the Select Permission Type drop down, select "Invoice User Reassignment"

Click "Add"
- Users with this Permission Set now have the ability to reassign an invoice to themselves to bill a supplement.
Vendor Users

As a Vendor User from the Dashboard, you can use the Invoice Type drop down to select "Assignable" invoices

You will now see all invoices that can be reassigned for supplement billing.
Select an invoice from the list and click "Assign" -
Switch back to "Normal" invoices.

The invoice is now available in the Invoices column with the "Add Supplement" button
Vendor Admins

As a Vendor Admin from the Dashboard, select the icon that looks like a person in the Invoices container

Select a user from the list and click "Save"
Alternatively, you can also do this via Carrier Management

Select the carrier on the Carrier Management page and click "Select"
- On the Invoices tab, select an invoice and click "Assign Users" at the bottom of the page
- Select a user and click "Save"
- The selected user will now have these invoices available in their Invoices container and be able to click the "Add Supplement" icon to create a supplement invoice
